Report: Injury forces Gilbert Burns out of Norman Parke fight; Francisco Trinaldo steps up

An undisclosed injury forced Gilbert Burns to leave his upcoming bout with Norman Parke at UFC: Fight Night 67. Franciso Trinaldo stepped up to replace him.

Gilbert Burns will have to wait a little longer for redemption. After locking up an armbar on the brink of defeat against Alex Oliveira, the highly-touted prospect was eager to get back in the Octagon in order to look good again and promptly accepted to face The Ultimate Fighter: Smashes champion, Norman Parke on May 30, as it was reported by Combate.

But it wasn't his time yet as an undisclosed injury forced Durinho to abandon the card.
