A pivotal flyweight matchup between Jussier Formiga and Dustin Ortiz has been added to UFC Fight Night 95 in Brazil next month, according to a Wednesday report from Combate. UFC officials have not confirmed the news at this time.
Formiga (18-4) is coming off a split decision loss to former title challenger Henry Cejudo at UFC Fight Night 78 late last year. The loss to Cejudo snapped the Brazilian's three-fight winning streak, which included decision victories over Wilson Reis and Zach Makovsky.
Ortiz (15-5) is 1-2 in his last three outings. In his last fight, he dropped an upset unanimous decision loss to the aforementioned Reis, who was supposed to fight for the 125-pound belt last month.
