According to a report from the Associated Press’ Moscow branch, Aleksander Emelianenko, the brother of former Pride Fighting Championships heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko, has been sentenced to 4 and a half years in prison after being convicted of aggravated sexual assault in charges stemming from March, 2014.

The victim reportedly was employed to clean his apartment. Emelianenko, 33, of Stary Oskol, Russia, was also convicted of stealing the woman’s passport, according to court spokesman Oleg Shassaev.
