Aleksander Emelianenko will be released from prison three years early for “good behavior” after initially being sentenced to four and a half years for sexual assault in 2015.
According to a report from Interfax.ru, Emelianenko will instead complete “two years and 23 days of correctional labor with a 10 percent deduction of the convict’s salary going to the state.”
The younger brother of Fedor Emelianenko was convicted last year of sexual assault, “kidnapping” by withholding a passport, and the forced use of “narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances” of his housekeeper, Polina Stepanova.
