Guys, Renan Barao would have totally won that TJ Dillashaw fight at UFC 173, if stupid UFC didn't make him fight on such short notice!!!
Or something like that.
So says the former bantamweight champion, who recently explained his poor performance against the new-and-improved "Viper" in May 2014 (sorry, Joe). Not only did Barao's technical knockout loss cost him the 135-pound strap, it also ruined his vacation!
Jerks.
"I was on vacation, I had just fought Faber in February. I was in my hometown when I got the call from Jair Lourenco, telling me the UFC wanted me to fight at UFC 173, because Chris Weidman had gotten hurt and they had to have a title fight.
