Remember that armbar Vitor Belfort had on Jon Jones? Dan Henderson plans on finishing the job on Dec. 11

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, currently suspended from mixed martial arts (MMA) after flunking his UFC 200 pre-fight drug test, will return to competition later this month for a grappling match against Dan Henderson.

Assuming nobody gets murdered between now and then.

Jones may want to keep his arms tucked when he rolls with “Hendo” at Submission Underground, taking place Dec. 11 in Portland, Oregon. That’s because Henderson will be targeting his opponents long, lanky limbs.

Which as we’ve seen in the past, are ripe for the picking.
