The referees and judges working the two title fights headlining UFC 248 on March 7 in Las Vegas have been selected.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission held a meeting on Wednesday where the officials were chosen and confirmed.
Veteran referee Dan Miragliotta will be the third man in the cage when middleweight champion Israel Adesanya squares off with Yoel Romero in the main event. This will be the first time Miragliotta oversees a fight for Adesanya, but the second time he’s worked a Romero fight.
The first time came at UFC 225 when Romero lost a razor-close split decision to Robert Whittaker in a five-round bout that was changed from a championship contest to a non-title affair when Romero failed to make weight.
