On Twitter, Reebok released a statement addressing angry UFC fans who are demonstrably upset over the UFC's axing of famed cutman Jacob "Stitch" Duran.
The fallout over the firing of "Stitch" Duran by the UFC has been seemingly non-stop since Duran confirmed the news himself on Tuesday night. Duran was given the heave-ho over comments critical of the UFC's sponsorship deal with Reebok, which meant the end of sponsorships for cutmen such as himself, and unlike the fighters, they will receive no compensation for wearing the Reebok gear.
This sparked intense outrage towards both the UFC and Reebok on social media.
