Ray Borg speaks up on UFC on ESPN 10 withdrawal, provides update on son’s health

Former UFC flyweight title contender Ray Borg was supposed to fight on Saturday’s UFC on ESPN 10 card at the company’s APEX facility in Las Vegas. But after an emergency involving his two-year-old son, Anthony, “The Tazmexican Devil” pulled out of his scheduled matchup against Merab Dvalishvili.

Fortunately, his son is now doing well. In a recent post on Twitter, Borg spoke up about his withdrawal from the fight, while providing an update on Anthony’s health.

“Thank you so much for the overwhelming support,” he wrote. “As you all know, I pulled out from my fight to be with my son.
