Rashad Evans and Tim Kennedy will square off about a month later than originally planned.
Promotion officials announced on Wednesday that the middleweights will meet at UFC 206 in Toronto on Dec. 10. The matchup was initially set for Saturday’s UFC 205 card but was scrapped after Evans withdrew due to an undisclosed medical issue. Both Evans and Kennedy will receive their show money from UFC 205.
UFC 206 takes place at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and is headlined by a light heavyweight championship clash between Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson.
