According to Ultimate Fighting Championship President , Dana White, former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans has been scratched from this weekend’s monumental UFC 205 card (current odds) in New York City. ESPN.com first reported the news.
Evans was slated to face Tim Kennedy on the bill, but “Suga” has been removed due to what the reports deems as an unknown medical issue. UFC officials have yet to formally announce the lineup shift and attempts at reaching representatives of Evans have come up fruitless as of this writing, but he revealed to MMAFighting.
