Rapper Cam’ron retains lawyer, goes after Dana White for unlawfully using song to promote UFC 205

Hey, remember that big speech from then-Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) head cheese Lorenzo Fertitta? You know the one, about the evils of unlawfully distributing copyrighted material without permission from the owner?

Yeah ... about that.

Rapper Cam’ron, real name Cameron Ezike Giles, is partnering with his attorney and going after the world’s largest mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion for allegedly using one of his songs without permission.

“Dana White from the UFC, you’ve been using my song all week to promote the Conor McGregor fight at Madison Square Garden,” Cam’ron said on Instagram.
