Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's legal team has taken the next step in its ongoing battle with former promoter Bellator.
Jackson's attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the injunction placed upon him by a New Jersey court as a part of Bellator's breach-of-contract lawsuit, MMAFighting.com's Ariel Helwani reported on Wednesday's edition of UFC Tonight. A hearing on the motion will be held June 11.
Jackson signed a contract with the UFC late last year, despite Bellator's claim it still held the former UFC light heavyweight champ under a valid contract. Bellator eventually sued for breach of contract.
