On Tuesday, according to sources close to the situation, a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey's Appellate Division overturned Bellator's injuction against "Rampage," allowing him to, once again, fight Fabio Maldonado at UFC 186 in Montreal this Saturday night.
UFC officials weren't immediately available to comment on the situation, however, Jackson tweeted "the fight is back on" Tuesday afternoon. MMAFighting.com contacted Judge Kennedy of the Superior Court of New Jersey, who ruled on the case, however, they were also unavailable at this time.
Jackson hasn't fought inside the Octagon since Jan.
