The undefeated Russian prospect will take on Veta Arteaga in a women's flyweight bout at Bellator 161 on Sept. 16 in Cedar Park, Texas, the promotion announced Thursday.
Yankova (3-0) made her Bellator debut in impressive fashion, beating Anjela Pink by first-round submission at Bellator 152 in Italy back in April. The former Muay Thai and kickboxing champion has only been a pro MMA fighter since 2013. Yankova, 25, has finished all three of her MMA bouts via submission despite her stand-up pedigree.
Arteaga (2-0) is coming off a unanimous decision win over Jackie Vandenburgh at Bellator 155 in May.
