Newly-formed Professional Fighters League is set to host its first-ever event on Friday night with a special night at Daytona International Speedway. And just before the first punches and kicks are set to be launched, the Washington, D.C.-based promotion announced that it has partnered with American Forces Network (AFN).
The AFN broadcasts television and radio programs across U.S. military bases scattered across the globe. According to a news release from the PFL, the partnership will cover all of the PFL events in 2017 leading up to the beginning of the inaugural season, which begins in January 2018.
“We are proud that our servicemen and women can experience the excitement of the Professional Fighters League through the AFN,” said Carlos Silva, President of Event Production and Business Operations for the PFL.
