Carlos Fernandes has heavily criticized Anderson Silva for not responding his e-mails regarding his possible Olympic run. Claims his behaviour is unethical and unprofessional.
Comments from Anderson Silva's manager, Jorge Guimaraes, about "The Spider" quitting his Olympic run were not well received by the Brazilian Taekwondo Confederation (CBTKD). Their president, Carlos Fernandes, was very surprised to hear the news only two months after Silva announced he would try out. Anderson Silva has been dealing with the pressures of a set of failed drug tests around his UFC 183 bout and ongoing (and continually delayed) hearings before the NAC to hand down an official punishment for those drug test failures.
