They come out cautiously to start the fight. Spence tosses a jab to the body from his southpaw stance but Lo Greco digs a flurry to the body in return. Spence is waiting for an opening to present itself and then lands a straight left to the gut. Spence comes in with a left, but he walks into a short right hand.
