Angela Hill will not get the chance to avenge her loss to Tecia Torres this weekend at UFC 256, as a positive COVID-19 test has forced “Overkill” out of the fight.
Hill announced the news on her Twitter account Sunday. It’s currently unknown whether the UFC is looking for a replacement or will pull Torres from the UFC 256 card entirely.
Tested positive for Covid and won’t be fighting next week. Tried to stay as safe as possible during fightcamp but with mma training there’s virtually no social distancing. Was looking forward to running it back, maybe in the near future.
