Reigning Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight titleholder Joanna Jedrzejczyk retained her title after a hard-fought decision win over Valerie Letourneau at the UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) event earlier this month in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Unfortunately for the champ, her hand did not escape the 115-pound title fight unscathed, which means another surgery was in order -- her second this year -- after five rounds of action "Down Under.
