Former kickboxing standout and occasional mixed martial arts competitor Ray Sefo hasn’t fought in more than four years, but he never officially announced his retirement. That is, until now.
The Professional Fighters League president of fight operations called it a career during an appearance on “The MMA Hour” Monday.
“I’m done. I haven’t officially retired. So I’m officially retiring on your show,” Sefo said. “I actually thought about it a couple months ago. If I didn’t fight by May of this year, especially when the [PFL] season starts, there’s just no time to put in a camp.
