The Professional Fighters League is doing its part to help during the coronavirus pandemic.
In a press release on Thursday, the promotion announced that it will be teaming up with Food Bank For New York City to provide meals for New Yorkers affected during the pandemic. The PFL will be providing 25,000 meals for those in need, as well as raising awareness and bringing additional donations with its social media presence. The PFL will also produce a public service announcement for Food Bank.
“Demand for food has never been higher and the challenges associated with meeting the needs of our community never greater,” discussed Janis Robinson, Vice President of Institutions & Partnerships, Food Bank For New York City.
