Former Bellator MMA lightweight champion Will Brooks is primed to resurrect his career in the Professional Fighters League, and his path starts on Thursday in Chicago against Luiz Firmino at PFL 2.
PFL 2 will take place at the Chicago Theather on Thursday and has have a seasonal format in which fighters will compete for a $1 million prize and a championship.
Brooks, also an Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran, tipped the scales today at 156 pounds, clearing the way for the bill’s headlining scrap against World Series of Fighting vet Firmino, who weighed-in at 154.
