Paulo Costa could be facing some serious changes ahead of his next appearance in “The Golden State.”
MMA Fighting’s Damon Martin has confirmed with California State Athletic Commission executive director Andy Foster that the top middleweight contender is one of six fighters that recently competed at UFC 241 in Anaheim, California, on Aug. 17, who is being advised to move up a weight class by the commission.
The list of fighters recommended to change weights, which also includes bantamweights Manny Bermudez, Brandon Davis, and Kyung Ho Kang, flyweight Sabina Mazo, and featherweight Sodiq Yusuff, was first reported by MMA Junkie.
