One possible explanation for Manny Pacquiao's lower than normal punch output may be that he was apparently fighting on a shoulder injury, for which he was denied treatment at the last minute by the NAC.
It looks like the "Fight of the Century" may have gone off with a busted wheel for Manny Pacquiao as Yahoo Sports is now reporting that the Filipino welterweight was fighting on an injury to his right shoulder. Apparently "Pac-Man" suffered the injury about 3-4 weeks out from the bout and was taking injections to help lessen the pain, injections that he was seemingly denied in the locker room before going out to fight Floyd Mayweather.
