There's no denying that UFC 197 was all about former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight kingpin and current pound-for-pound best fighter in the world Jon Jones.
After all, Jones was making his return to the Octagon after 15 months of felony hit-and-run charges, drag racing, and an overall lack of judgement. To see him step inside of the cage after dealing with all of that obviously commanded the spotlight at UFC 197.
But the spotlight often shines brightest on those who have earned it. And considering Ovince Saint Preux went five rounds with "Bones" on three weeks notice and with a broken arm suffered in the second round, it's safe to say the former University of Tennessee football star has earned the undying respect and attention of the mixed martial arts (MMA) world.
