One Championship ’s return to Myanmar now has a full card.
Monday, One revealed its full lineup for “Hero's Dream,” which takes place on Nov. 3 at the Thuwunna National Indoor Stadium in Yangon. Unsurprisingly, the undercard is replete with local Myanma talent, many of them practitioners of lethwei, often archaically referred to as “Burmese boxing,” a martial art similar to muay Thai but with headbutts deemed legal attacks.
The promotion announced the card’s headliner last week, revealing a unique main event between One’s 205-pound champion and Myanmar native Aung La N Sang and heavyweight kickboxer Alain Ngalani in an openweight, five-round contest.
