ONE Championship has been busy signing former UFC champions Eddie Alvarez and Demetrious Johnson, as well as Sage Northcutt, and now they have themselves a broadcast deal in the United States.
ESPN’s Ariel Helwani reported on Tuesday that the Asian MMA promotion has agreed to a three-year contract with Turner Sports, which means content will be placed on both TNT and the B/R Live streaming service.
The Asia-based promotion has signed a three-year broadcast deal with Turner Sports, sources told ESPN.
The deal, which goes into effect on Jan. 1, calls for 24 events to air live on B/R Live, Turner’s digital platform.
