Brandon Vera and Bibiano Fernandes successfully defended their titles in Manila, Philippines at ONE Championship 50.
ONE heavyweight champion Vera took on unbeaten Hideki Sekine in the main event at the Mall of Asia Arena on Friday, and only needed one round to score another TKO finish. Vera, who won the vacant title with a 26-second win last December, improved to 3-0 under the promotion banner after landing a vicious body kick.
In the co-main event, Bibiano Fernandes continues to reign supreme in the bantamweight division, adding another title defense to his resume with a split-decision victory over Reece McLaren.
