ONE Championship aired a tape-delayed fight card Friday, and the highlight came from the kickboxing portion of the show, when experienced 34-year-old veteran Errol Zimmerman, a multiple-time muay thai and K-1 champion, took on Rade Opacic in a heavyweight contest in Singapore.
Opacic, 23, was competing only for the 20th time as a professional while Zimmerman sported an 82-27-1 record in kickboxing going into the match. Opacic’s speed made the difference, however, as he stopped Zimmerman with a lightning-fast spinning heel kick in the second round.
What. A. KNOCKOUT!
