“The Canadian Gangster” is facing an uncertain future.
Olivier Aubin-Mercier suffered a third straight loss at UFC 240 this past weekend in Edmonton, Alberta, dropping a unanimous decision to Armenian prospect Arman Tsarukyan. The skid follows a four-fight win streak that had “OAM” looking like a potential contender at 155 pounds.
On Monday, Aubin-Mercier (11-5) issued a statement on social media in which he expressed his disappointment over his recent results and his plans to move forward with his career.
“Won’t lie, I’m heartbroken,” Aubin-Mercier wrote.
