With Ben Rothwell officially removed from Oct. 24's UFC Fight Night 76 card after his opponent, Stipe Miocic, was forced out of their bout with an injury, lightweights Norman Parke and Reza Madadi will assume the co-main event duties.
For Madadi, this fight marks a return to the cage long in the making. The 35-year-old fighter was sentenced to one year, six months in prison in mid-2013 following an aggravated burglary of a luxury handbags store in Sweden. Before this, Madadi posted a 2-1 record in the UFC, most recently defeating current top-10 lightweight Michael Johnson via submission at UFC on Fuel TV 9.
