Hawaiian striker Max Holloway solidified his Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight worth by defeating former title challenger Ricardo Lamas via unanimous decision last night (Sat., June 4, 2016) at UFC 199 live on pay-per-view from The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Despite Lamas' efforts late into the fight, Holloway was simply too sharp for the rest of the bout, hurting "The Bully" with spinning head kicks, combinations to the head and body, and demonstrating a chin that just won't quit.

This victory further proves that "Blessed" is ready to challenge for a 145-pound title right now since evolving as a serious out in the division after losing to current champion Conor McGregor back at UFC Fight Night 26.
