Two of the most promising rising contenders in the shallow Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight division will lock horns to end 2016, as No. 10 ranked Nikita Krylov meets No. 14 ranked Misha Cirkunov at UFC 206 on Dec. 10 from inside Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Krylov, 24, has been on an absolute tear since leaving the UFC heavyweight division behind in 2014. After a brief hiccup against Ovince Saint Preux back at UFC 171, "Al Capone" has racked off five-straight victories by way of finish, including three in the first round. The well-rounded Ukrainian recently disposed of mixed martial arts (MMA) veteran Ed Herman at UFC 201 via head kick knockout.
