The competitive grappling space put forth a lot of action across the weekend. There were some big moments at the Fight to Win Pro 21 event on Friday, along with the Eddie Bravo Invitational qualifier on Saturday hosted by Grappling Industries.
Fight to Win Pro 21 featured the continued growth of the promotion and a main event pitting veterans Baret Yoshida and Pablo Silva against one another. Yoshida came into the bout the current featherweight champion, but was unable to halt Silva’s push for the title. The match was close as both men had moments in control, but it would be Silva who earned the split decision win as neither was able to find a submission before the ten minute time limit.
