Just a week removed from seeing his seven-fight winning streak come to an end vs. Demian Maia, top 15 UFC welterweight Neil Magny will be a late replacement for the injured Rick Story against Erick Silva in the UFC Fight Night: Holloway vs. Oliveira co-main event on August 23rd. MMA Junkie's Brent Brookhouse first reported the news early Tuesday morning.
Magny (15-4) started his UFC career 1-2 but then rattled off seven consecutive victories, including five in 2014. A lopsided submission loss to Maia on August 1st at UFC 190 put a halt to his winning ways, but the TUF 16 cast member is getting back into the Octagon for his 4th fight of 2015.
