Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao haven't entered the ring yet, which is about the best positive you can extract out of the reported blackouts and freezes for the pay-per-view broadcast this evening. Cable company Charter Communications took to Twitter to respond to complaints over the broadcast problems.
We are aware of the issue impacting the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao feed. We are working to resolve as soon as possible.
