Prior to his much-anticipated featherweight title fight against Jose Aldo at this past weekend's (Sat., Dec. 12, 2015) UFC 194 pay-per-view (PPV) event, much was made about Conor McGregor's ever-improving movement.
Whether or not that had anything to do with his 13-second knockout over Jose Aldo is up for interpretation. One person who isn't hip to McGregor's new training methods is Donald Cerrone, who recently told Submission Radio he had no idea movement coaches even existed.
"Someone asked me if I had a movement coach and I said I have no fucking idea what a movement coach is.
