For the better part of the last year, the UFC has been fruitlessly trying to book Nate Diaz for a return fight. Now it seems they may be close to doing that, though not the fight anyone had imagined.
On Tuesday, Diaz’s strength and conditioning coach, Jose Garcia, took to Instagram to tease the return of Diaz with a post that showed Nate giving UFC President Dana White the Stockton Slap.
Garcia has since deleted the post but followed it up with another post showing an MMA Mania article referencing his post.
