Morning Report: Dana White says Cris Cyborg is ‘afraid to lose again’ against Amanda Nunes

This weekend, Cris Cyborg makes her return to the octagon for the first time since losing her UFC featherweight title to Amanda Nunes last December. The former champion will be taking on undefeated featherweight Felicia Spencer in the co-main event at UFC 240. And while normally you’d expect the President of the UFC to be promoting the woman about to co-headline a Pay-Per-View event, instead UFC President Dana White is calling into question the mettle of his former featherweight champion.

Speaking recently with TMZ Sports, White addressed what would be next for Nunes, saying that the current champ-champ wants a rematch with Cyborg but that he believes Cyborg doesn’t want to take the fight.
