Bellator MMA has added a pair of iconic names to its broadcast team.
The California-based promotion announced Tuesday that it has signed veteran mixed martial arts commentators Mike Goldberg and Mauro Ranallo to multi-event broadcast agreements beginning with Bellator 180 and Bellator NYC “Sonnen vs. Silva” on June 24. Goldberg and Ranallo will join a broadcast team that already includes Jimmy Smith, Jenn Brown and Chael Sonnen.
It is unclear exactly how commentary duties will be distributed between Goldberg and Ranallo. On Monday, Sean Grande announced that he would be stepping down as play-by-play voice for Bellator and Spike Sports following a two-year stint.
