Miesha Tate will return to the UFC after four years away from the cage to fight Marion Reneau at a UFC event on July 17th.
Tate revealed her return to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto on Wednesday. The UFC event on July 17th is expected to be a Fight Night card. Reneau said the fight with Tate will be the last of her career.
Tate (18-7) retired in the cage following her loss to Raquel Pennington at UFC 205 in November 2016. After winning the women’s bantamweight title against Holly Holm at UFC 196, Tate lost the title to Amanda Nunes four months later.
