Michael Paige seems to have been lured into fellow kickboxer Richard Kiely’s war of words as the duo are set to face off in the co-main event of Bellator Dublin on Sept. 27 at the 3 Arena.
Bellator announced the bout via the Irish Mirror on Wednesday morning after weeks of the European welterweights exchanging barbs back and forth online.
Page (14-1-0) is coming off the first loss of his MMA career, a viral knockout at the hands of current welterweight contender and former champion, Douglas Lima. The loss brought an end to a 10-fight win streak for “Venom”, who is considered one of the most spectacular strikers in all of MMA.
