Legacy Fighting Alliance has made Cinco de Mayo plans.
LFA 11 takes place on May 5 at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. Monday, the promotion announced that the card will be headlined by local middleweight favorite Daniel Madrid facing off with Arizona-based Australian Matthew Frincu. In the co-main event slot, undefeated MMA Lab welterweight James Nakashima will face Bellator MMA veteran LaRue Burley.
“Frincu looked amazing in his LFA debut and Madrid has been unbeatable in nearly four years. LFA 11 will carry on the long and storied tradition of great combat sporting events that have taken place on Cinco de Mayo weekend,” LFA CEO Ed Soares said in a press release.
