Tonight (Saturday, January 19th) from the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, WBA “regular” welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (60-7-2, 39 KOs) returns to the United States for a showdown against the provocative Adrien Broner (33-3-1, 24 KOs). Pacquiao is coming off his first knockout win in a decade, when he stopped Lucas Matthysse last July, whereas Broner drew Jessie Vargas last year, and lost to Mikey Garcia in 2017. Pacquiao is a legendary eight-division world champion, and while Broner has won titles in four weight classes, he’s still yet to achieve that major victory.
