Manager: Germaine de Randamie refuses to fight ‘known and proven cheater’ Cris Cyborg

One of the great mysteries in MMA as of late has been the whereabouts of UFC women’s featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie.

Since winning the inaugural title against Holly Holm in February, the Dutch fighter has been relatively silent.

The UFC hoped to book de Randamie vs. Cris “Cyborg” Justino for the belt at UFC 214 in July, however, that fight never materialized.

On Friday, de Randamie’s manager Brian Butler explained to MMAFighting.com why de Randamie is not interested in fighting Justino.

“Germaine and her team have talked, and the position is that she will not fight Cyborg because Cyborg is a known and proven cheater.
