Fighter manager Ali Abdelaziz won’t be making any appearances in PFL events any time soon. According to ESPN, it was a decision made by the organization, following Abdelaziz’s recent battery charge from a scuffle with fellow manager Abraham Kawa during a PFL show last October 11th.
As noted in the filed police report, Abdelaziz struck Kawa “with a closed fist” in the VIP section of the Mandalay Events Center. He is now barred from attending any PFL events until his charges are resolved.
While he has yet to be formally charged, Abdelaziz says he wishes to not interfere with his fighters who were competing at PFL Playoffs 2 on Thursday.
