M-1 Challenge 68 will feature the anticipated rematch between Alexander Shlemenko and 'Slava' Vasilevsky. The two competitors met in the opening round of the M-1 middleweight Grand Prix, a bout that Shlemenko won by a narrow decision. Following champion Ramazan Emeev's withdrawal with an injury, the promotion opted to schedule a five-round rematch in the final of the tournament instead.
The event will also feature a heavyweight title fight between former Bellator champions Alexander Volkov and Attila Vegh.
