Former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold could be on the sidelines at least six months after suffering a broken jaw in his fight against Jan Blachowicz at UFC 239.
On Monday, the Nevada State Athletic Commission released the medical suspensions from the card in Las Vegas this past weekend.
Rockhold was knocked out for the third time in his past four fights after getting blasted with a left hand from Blachowicz in the second round of their light heavyweight showdown on the UFC 239 main card.
Afterwards, UFC president Dana White revealed that Rockhold suffered a broken jaw with the Nevada Commission now confirming a left mandible fracture that occurred courtesy of Blachowicz.
