The two fighters announced via their social media accounts that they have been paired up for the UFC’s upcoming visit to Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla., on Oct. 12.
This will be Pena’s fourth UFC fight at lightweight. “The Violent Bob Ross” made the move back up from featherweight after missing the 145-pound limit for a fight with Steven Peterson in March (Pena went on to defeat Peterson by unanimous decision). In July, Pena (7-1) made a successful return to the 155-pound division with a third-round TKO win over veteran Matt Wiman at UFC Greenville.
